Detroit Diesel for sale
Detroit diesel 4-71N engine and Spicer
5853 5-speed overdrive synchromesh transmission. BOTH are
LOW MILES from new. Engine is 4 valve head version and is
sold with all accessories including starter, alternator, air compressor
emergency shut down flap, muffler, and complete shop manual. Also
have Spicer 4853 transmission factory re manufactured, never used,
with new pressure plate and clutch.

If you want to change over to Diesel I have a brand new rebuilt rear end with 3.42 gears and new brakes, drums, S cams, bearings. Ready to install $1800.00 in southern California.
ALSO A V6 GMC ENGINE out of a 53 Clipper with standard 5 speed transmission. Will separate if needed.
TWO CLIPPER RADIATORS, plus shift towers that were removed when we changed to an automatic transmission.
RE-POWER YOUR CLIPPER OR OTHER COACH. We have a complete 3208 225 hp. CAT ENGINE with Allison automatic transmission with all accessories that includes compressor, alternator, radiator, fans and motor mounts still in the other bus. Would make a nice re-power and up grade of your drive train.
